Travelling upstairs now, we find that this is a trendy cosmopolitan bar which is not restricted to any age group but, rather, attracts discerning imbibers of all codes and disciplines. All is contemporary here in yellow pines and red pitch pine floors.

Traditional music and jazz can be enjoyed here on weeknights or, if you are lucky enough to call earlier, you can sit back and enjoy your pint of Guinness while watching the sailing boats drift aimlessly along the sheltered waters of Dublin Bay.

And so ends our tour of Connolly’s. This tour has given just a small glimpse of the facilities available in ‘The Sheds’ which you may be able to enjoy for yourself someday.
